How To Bid

Here’s how to bid:

  1. Create a FREE account.

  2. Check your email to verify your email address.

  3. Accept the Terms and Conditions for the auction property that you are interested in.

  4. Before we can approve you to bid on a property you must sign and return the Bidder Registration forms for that property. 

    1. The Bidder Registration forms are located in the "Documents Tab" for the specific property you wish to bid on and can be returned to us via fax at 1-844-724-2123 or email at:

    2. For your convenience, you may also request that the Bidder Registration forms be sent to you via email and signed electronically. Speak to the listing agent for the property you are interested in.  

  5. You can inspect the property by attending one of our open houses or by scheduling a showing through the listing agent. 

There are two ways to bid:

  1. You can submit a pre-auction bid before the online bidding starts. If your pre-auction bid is accepted the auction will be canceled and you will be declared the winning bidder.

  2. You can bid LIVE online when the online bidding starts and WIN the auction if you’re the highest bidder.

If you are the successful high bidder you will have 24 hours to execute and deliver the Auction Purchase and Sale Agreement along with the required funds due at time of auction, which is typically 20% in certified funds.

Winning bidders have between 30 and 60 days to pay the balance and close the deal. These times vary, so be sure to read the terms and conditions for the property you are interested in.
